Weingut Neiss Bockenheim Pinot Noir 2019, Pfalz, Germany: Neiss Bockenheim 2019 Spätburgunder is produced from sustainably grown grapes sourced from the upper north Pfalz wine region. Produced from 100% Pinot Noir, this is a fruity, vegan-friendly PN, vibrant with fresh raspberry, baking and toasty oak spice, loamy earth and fine herb flavours so fresh on the palate. The Pinot Noir grapes for this vintage were sourced from vines grown in slatey-chalk soils and the wine was matured in French oak barrels as well as large casks up to 12 months.
