Cave Spring CSV Estate Grown Riesling 2022, Beamsville Bench, Niagara Escarpment, Ontario V.Q.A., Canada: From the Beamsville Bench, Niagara Escarpment wine region, Cave Spring Csv 2022 is dry, medium-bodied Old Vines Riesling sourced from vines that were planted in the late-1970s. This is the winery's flagship Riesling and it is dry and zesty with plenty of citrus zest, orange blossom, petrol, stony and mineral notes zippy on the palate.
