Natalie's Score: 91/100

Rich and expressive, with grapes grown along California's north coast and central coast. Opens with jammy ripe blackberries and a decadent toasty oak finish. Terrific balance and a long finish on this Californian Cabernet with great restraint, yet not shy on flavour or character at all. Aromas of fleshy black plum and smoke. Supple, smooth and juicy. Pair with roast beef.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: pizza with meat, pork tenderloin, rare beef steaks, roast duck.

Reviews and Ratings

William Hill 2015 is a well-prices Cabernet Sauvignon from California's north and central coast. Great balance on this brambly blackberry, red berry medium-bodied Cab Sauv. Great acidity for food, pair with burgers and ribs. - Community Wine Reviews
