Reviews and Ratings

Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

@TraynorVineyard these grapes are grown in Hillier Creek. Unfiltered. Medium purple coloured with a hazy, cloudy effect. Aromas are pronounced with blackberry, blueberry, juniper, cherries and dark plums. Flavours are full and rich with stewed strawberries, prunes and touches of chocolate caramel at the end. Medium acidity, body and tannins. Well balanced. Enjoy with beef carpaccio and medium bodied local PEC cheeses.
Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Juicy red fruit, balanced. Approachable and fruit forward. Pair with tangy spicy bbq baby back ribs. Tasted 2016 in Dec 2017. 87 points
