This robust, layered PEC Chardonnay is unfiltered and the grapes comes from the respected Foxcroft Vineyard. It is fermented in barrels with wild yeast. Aromas of spicy Asian pear, golden apple and toasty oak. Pair with grilled chicken.

Personally, i like the super toasty aromas on the nose. It's something you will pick up right away. The wine is rounded, a touch of buttery but has good acid to balance it off.

This is great Chardonnay. Reminds me of Meursault. Baked apple, baked pear, brioche, candied lemon, smoke, and fine minerals. 91 Points.

Yummmmm. My favourite Chardonnay’s lean toward the buttery side so this one may be my new bestie! A soft yellow colour, sweet aromas of ripe pear and light oak, and flavours of juicy peach, light citrus and some minerality add up to a winning package. This would be great paired with lobster. Tasted September 16, 2018.

Pale lemon green in colour with aromas of peachy citrus and stoney pithy minerals. Flavours are composed of subtle apricot, nectarine and cucumber skins. Delicate and soft. Acidity is bright with a light body carrying into the finish. A fine pairing for soft cheeses or herbed chicken. 89 points - tasted September 16, 2018

Aromas of golden apple, pear, baked bread, and almost a smoky note. Medium bodied, lots of lemon and apple on the palate with nice warm toasty notes on the palate. A bit of a mineral note on the finish. Enjoy with grilled chicken.

Pressed and settled without the use of any sulphur or settling agent. This wine fermented naturally in stainless steel for 3 weeks. It was transferred to French oak to complete fermentation. Natural malolactic was completed in full while ageing on lees in barrel. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.

A nose layered with spice pear, wet stone and floral notes. Creamy minerality on the midpalate with a long, steely finish.
