The 2017 vintage of the Mimi En Provence Grande Réserve is a rosé from the Côtes De Provence in the Provence wine region of France. The rosé wine blend here is Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah with crisp acidity and fresh red berry fruit finishing with citrus and mineral notes. Very refreshing, pair with summer on the patio. Soft, pretty and light-bodied with a faint whiff of field strawberries aloft on a warm summer thermal. Pair with late afternoon naps and crab cakes.

Rosé food pairings: charcuterie plate, green salad with raspberry balsamic, grilled salmon fillet.

A crisp, refreshing Provence Rosé, delicate light pink with pretty floral and strawberry aromas. Summery strawberry, herbal and citrus palate. Pair with savoury appetizers or Mediterranean fare, on sizzling days and summer nights.

Tasted Sept. 3, 2018. Colour pale salmon. Legs medium minus. Aromas and flavours of, raspberry, sour cherry, red currant, clay pot. Taste dry, fruity, medium body, mouthwatering, medium alcohol. Finishes with a mixture of fruit and minerality. Nice wine with salmon or shrimp grilled on BBQ. Easy to drink and flavourful.

From Les Vins Bréban Mimi En Provence Grande Réserve 2017 is a fairly full-bodied and dry rosé from the Côtes De Provence. Look for bright red fruit, watermelon, garrigue herb flavour and citrus notes on this Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah rosé blend. This is a food friendly rosé with crisp acidity.
