Saurus 2016 is a lively and fresh Pinot Noir from Patagonia. The wine is so named after the fossils of a dinosaur were found at the winery site during its construction. Produced by Familia Schroeder, look for dark cherry, red plum, sweet spice flavours and a dark chocolate finish on this juicy Pinot Noir. Good structure and acidity for food. Pair with a veal Porterhouse steak.

Pinot Noir food pairings: grilled lamb and vegetable kebabs, grilled pork chops, grilled chicken breast with cranberry and red currant coulis.
