Edouard Brun 2008 Premier Cru Brut was disgorged in June 2017 with a dosage of 6 g/l. The assemblage is 50% Grand Cru Chardonnay and 50% Premier Cru Pinot Noir with a lovely nose of dried pineapple, guava and citrusy with toasted brioche on a delicate, mouth-filling mousse. Finishes long, toasty and creamy on a citrusy mineral note. Premier classe all the way. An elegant and poised champagne with great finesse and complexity.

1Er Cru Brut Champage food pairings: oysters on the half shell, grilled chicken breasts, buttered lobster rolls, seafood canapes.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
